Let’s talk about Dillon Dewald—he might keep it low-key at first, but once he starts talking, you’ll be laughing out loud. A key player in our noon crew, Dillon is a powerhouse with a barbell and brings all the good vibes to every workout.

How Dillon Found the LAB

Dillon’s journey with enduraLAB began during Hell Week last year. It made quite an impression, but it took a few months before he officially joined the LAB family. Once he did, he jumped right in and hasn’t looked back.

Before the LAB, Dillon’s fitness routine was more of an occasional affair. He’d mix in some running and dabble in HIIT-style workouts, but consistency wasn’t on the menu. These days, he’s a noon-class regular, lifting with confidence and working toward his goals like a pro.

Healthy Habits, Big Wins, and Strong Legs

Since joining, Dillon has dialed in some key habits—upping his protein and water intake to fuel his workouts and recovery. As a real estate professional and a dad of five, Dillon thrives on staying energized and focused.

And let’s not forget the heavy lifts. Though it had been nearly a decade since his last weightlifting phase, Dillon’s rediscovered his strength and blown himself away with what he’s capable of. Squats and deadlifts are his bread and butter, and he says his “short and sturdy” legs are proving to be quite the asset.

Goals and Gains

Over the next six months, Dillon’s working on refining his nutrition and adding regular running to his routine. He’s setting the bar high and making sure he stays ready for anything—whether it’s crushing a workout or staying active with his family.

As for his favorite part of the LAB? It’s all about the noon class. Dillon loves the camaraderie and the way his crew brings the energy every single day. “The vibes are unmatched,” he says, and we couldn’t agree more.

A Workout Worthy of Dillon

If there were a workout in his honor, Dillon would call it Double D’s Knees. It’d feature a mix of rowing, box jumps, and deadlifts—combining power, endurance, and some good old-fashioned grit.
