Personal Training at enduraLAB is the fastest, most successful and motivational way to reach your fitness goals. You will work 1-on-1 with a personal coach in private individual sessions. enduralab RUCK CLUB
A ruck is essentially a weighted walk. Grab a rucksack and throw some weight in, and get walking. This is a great alternative to running if that’s not your thing. Every Saturday we meet for some morning miles at 8 am and a ruck workout at the gym right after.

Remote Coaching is for people who don't have the ability to train at enduraLAB, but want quality programming, have a specific set of needs or goals, are comfortable training on their own, and need to be held accountable. Whether you are an elite athlete looking to take your performance to the next level or someone who just wants to start, we’ve got it covered.

RECOVERY SERVICES
Our sports massage therapy is geared toward athletes at every level, from world-class professionals to weekend runners. The particulars of the sports massage technique are specific to the athlete's sport of choice. Focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive mvmts.
RMR + VO2 TESTING
We now offer RMR (resting metabolic rate) and VO2 testing in the gym. Utilizing PNOE machines, we can test how many calories your body burns throughout the day with a RMR test. We can also test your overall cardiovascular fitness with a VO2 test. These tests help you understand what you need to be doing in your nutrition and training to reach your goals.
