Meet Rebecca Early, a powerhouse mom and an endurance athlete with big goals on the horizon. When she decided to join enduraLAB’s Onboarding Program, she was seeking not just a gym but a structured path to feeling strong, confident, and well-prepared for her next adventure—the 2025 Houston Marathon!
Rebecca had always been active, but life after having a baby had her fitness routine feeling a bit scattered. She knew she needed guidance to get back on track and build the strength and endurance for her marathon ambitions. The allure of our program was clear to Rebecca from the start. “The personal training sessions were a game-changer,” she says. Rebecca shared, “As a newbie to lifting, having a pro talk me through the movements—or at least tell me what to expect—was super helpful. It helped me feel more confident once I started classes.”

Like many others, Rebecca encountered a few mental hurdles along the way. In her words, “I used to overthink my lifts and psych myself out.” Thankfully, with guidance from our coaches, she learned to “just let my body do what it’s designed to do.” Now, she moves with confidence and sees her progress each week, with the coaches highlighting improvements that keep her motivated and focused on her goals.
Today, Rebecca’s gym sessions are a staple in her week. She’s consistent, committed, and surrounded by familiar faces in her class time crew—building a fitness family that cheers her on every step of the way. Rebecca credits enduraLAB for helping her stay accountable, not just in the gym but in life, with better sleep, nutrition, and an overall sense of wellness.
