What brought you to enduraLAB?
I found the Lab on google when I was looking up gyms in the area before moving to Fort Worth. When I moved, one of the first things I did was book my consultation. After getting a tour of the Lab and talking to Lee, I dropped in for my first class that afternoon and haven't looked back. I'm so thankful that I've found this community and gym.
What did your workout routine look like before joining the LAB?
Before joining the Lab, my workout routine looked like running on occasion and going to the gym a couple times a week to lift weights.
What healthy changes have you made since joining the LAB?
Since joining the Lab, I am more consistent with working out. I am also more conscious of my recovery and what I'm fueling my body with.
Tell us what you do outside of the LAB?
Outside of the Lab, I work for Lockheed Martin as a buyer supporting the F-16 program. I also enjoy playing golf, drinking coffee, reading, hanging out with friends, and most of all eating at new restaurants around town.
How have you grown as an athlete since joining the LAB? Brag a little.
Since joining the lab I finally benched two plates (225#) and squatted over 300#. I'm in much better cardiovascular shape as well.
What is a goal you have set for yourself in the next 6 months?
100 unbroken double-unders
What is your favorite enduraLAB event or program?
Buds n Suds, I love bringing my friends to the Lab for a workout. The beer after is also a plus.
What advice would you have for a new person starting at enduraLAB?
Be consistent. Give it your all. Scale if needed. Don't compare your results to others. Make friends! Everyone at the Lab is very supportive and encouraging.
