What brought you to enduraLAB?

Carling credits her discovery of enduraLAB to Brandy Schwarz, a familiar face in the Fort Worth fitness scene. Since 2022, Carling has been an integral part of our community, bringing her positive energy and unwavering commitment to every workout.

Before joining the LAB...

Carling's workout routine was a dynamic mix of activities, including running, spin classes, and Pilates. However, it was her transition to legitimate strength training at enduraLAB that truly transformed her approach to fitness.

Healthy changes since joining...

Since joining enduraLAB, Carling has embraced a more consistent running schedule, completing two additional half marathons. She's also revamped her nutrition, increasing her protein intake to support her active lifestyle and minimize post-workout soreness.

Beyond the LAB...

Outside of enduraLAB, Carling is a passionate advocate for movement, exercise, and holistic healing. As a teacher in these areas, she finds joy in empowering others to discover the transformative power of physical activity.
