Meet Our Coach in Training: Eric Puccini

Hailing from the vibrant suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, Eric Puccini brought his fitness passion to Fort Worth in early 2022, enticed by both a new job opportunity and the promise of milder weather and a cozier city vibe. His journey to enduraLAB, however, wasn't just about personal fitness but the community that surrounds it.

Eric was drawn to enduraLAB thanks to the resounding praise from both current and former members. He sought an environment that didn't just emphasize health and wellness but also fostered a strong sense of togetherness. A full-time professional in the insurance industry, Eric holds a degree in marketing with a minor in risk management from Illinois State University. Beyond his day job, his heart has always belonged to fitness, having worked at gyms in the past. His passion for health and wellness led him to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and he's currently furthering his knowledge in Integrated Movement Science and Holistic Lifestyle coaching with the CHEK Institute.

Eric's unique perspective stems from his extensive personal training experience outside of the group fitness-focused environment. He's driven by a profound desire to help individuals achieve physical and mental states that let them embrace life with joy, whether that means competing at elite levels or simply living stress-free and pain-free during daily activities or hobbies.

One of Eric's favorite aspects of enduraLAB is its robust community culture – a rare gem in the world of gyms. Here, members and coaches alike form strong connections, pushing each other to excel while also cherishing the simple joy of being together.

Currently recovering from a knee injury, Eric's primary goal is to regain full functionality so he can pursue his performance objectives. He's set his sights on improving his gymnastic ring skills and, once his knee is back in action, enhancing his power clean.

When he's not motivating and training at the LAB, Eric enjoys reading an eclectic mix of books, like "Virtues of War" by Steven Pressfield and "The Confessions" by St. Augustine. His go-to song for pumping up the energy is "Revival" by Zach Bryan, and his favorite show/movie is the iconic "The Sopranos."

And as for his bucket list, Eric's aspirations are to walk the Camino De Santiago and learn to surf like a pro. He thrives on outdoor workouts and eagerly encourages others to join him whenever possible, basking in the sun's warm embrace.

Eric Puccini is more than a coach; he's a passionate advocate for holistic well-being, a dedicated community builder, and a fitness enthusiast who's eager to help you reach your goals, both in and out of the gym.
