What brought you to enduraLAB?

A friend brought me during the 2022 holiday hustle and I have been here since.

What did your workout routine look like before joining the LAB?

It consisted of weight lifting, running and soccer.

What healthy changes have you made since joining the LAB?

I have taken recovery seriously. 

Tell us what you do outside of the LAB?

I stay busy with my two little boys 🥰.

How have you grown as an athlete since joining the LAB?

I have lifted heavier than I thought possible.

What is a goal you have set for yourself in the next 6 months?

Run a half marathon. 

What is your favorite enduraLAB event or program?

I enjoy Hell Week 😈 

What advice would you have for a new person starting at enduraLAB?  

Have Fun!
