Whether you’re new to fitness or an accomplished athlete, our coaches are highly trained and certified to help you set goals, teach proper form to prevent injury, and design training programs that include basic barbell exercises, olympic lifts, kettlebells, gymnastics, running, rowing, throwing, and a long list of bodyweight movements.

Lee Hargrave

Husband. Father. Former Rocket Scientist. Lee is the founder and head coach of Fort Worth's premier strength and endurance gym. Lee created enduraLAB in 2011 and continues to inspire and lead individuals to long-term health, fitness and happiness.

Staci Hankins

Shoe fanatic and proud dog-mom, Staci grew up naturally competitive and fell in love with sports at a young age. Staci was introduced to enduraLAB in 2015 and found the competition and structure she had been searching for. Staci enjoys helping athletes find their potential and celebrates with them when they accomplish their goals.

Wife, mom, coach and first grade teacher. Isis is passionate about creating healthy but delicious foods. She geeks out over macros and believes in the food prep. Isis believes everyone has extreme potential and wants everyone to take pride in their health and wellness.

Fort Worth native and lover of short sprints, Lauren joined enduraLAB in 2014. Lauren believes in the power of community and surrounding yourself with like-minded people who encourage you to be your best self.

Energetic and enthusiastic mother of 3, wife and coach. Caroline fully understands the struggle of balancing family, work and a social life while trying to squeeze in a workout. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals by combining work in the gym and the kitchen.
