If you’ve ever wondered how to juggle a demanding career, community commitments, and a social life while staying fit, meet Bailey Cook. She’s not just a member of the enduraLAB community; she’s a full-on force of nature. As a pediatric nurse, YoungLife leader, and pickleball enthusiast, Bailey wears many hats—and somehow makes time to crush workouts and inspire others. Let’s dive into her story!

The Start of Something LABulous

Bailey’s journey with enduraLAB began with a little peer pressure (the good kind). “My roommate Audrey was a member and brought me to my first class,” Bailey shares. “I visited for about three months before I was hooked!” It turns out, the allure of a fun, social workout environment was exactly what Bailey needed to shake up her fitness routine.

Before joining, her workouts included running and occasional CorePower yoga sessions. But the LAB’s dynamic classes—and supportive community—were a game-changer.

From Nurse to Ninja

Bailey’s life motto? “To take care of others, I need to take care of myself.” She’s made that a reality by prioritizing fitness, showing up for classes on her days off, and embracing weight training for the first time. “I feel so much stronger now,” she says. “Before the LAB, I’d never touched a barbell. Now I know I’m stronger and more capable than I ever thought!”

This confidence spills over into her work. Spending long shifts on her feet feels easier, and she brings that strength into every part of her life, from playing tennis to conquering pickleball courts.

Healthy Changes & Happy Plates

Fitness wasn’t the only thing that shifted for Bailey—her eating habits transformed too. “I’ve become more aware of what I eat and started incorporating more protein into my diet,” she says. Cooking at home has become a passion, with Bailey experimenting with recipes that fuel her busy lifestyle.

Her favorite class times? The 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. slots, where she can sweat it out without overhauling her packed schedule.

Winning Big: Enduralympics

Bailey’s competitive spirit shone during this summer’s Enduralympics, where she not only competed but won. “I loved getting to know other members and stepping out of my comfort zone,” she recalls. “Shoutout to Team Good Vibes!”

Her proudest moment? Crushing a farmer’s carry for the very first time.

Bailey’s Best Advice

For newcomers to the LAB, Bailey offers this wisdom: “This is such a safe place to work out, no matter your experience or fitness level. The coaches tailor everything to your needs, and the community feels like one big family. Just come and try it—you’ll never look back!”

The “Bailey Cook” Workout

If Bailey had her own signature workout, it’d be a heart-pumping mix of running, rowing, and squats—a trifecta guaranteed to leave you sweaty and smiling.
