Bodyweight training can lead to impressive levels of strength, muscle sense and control. While we believe traditional strength training is needed for absolute strength, bodyweight training can enhance performance and is a great tool to use during those upcoming summer vacations!
Elements covered in the clinic include:
- Bodyweight movements, scaling progressions and repetitions/sets.
- Modifications - when and how to apply partial movement, negatives and static holds.
- Working bilateral, transitional and unilateral sequences.
- Handout with 20+ bodyweight workouts for travel or home.
Participants will need to dress in athletic clothing appropriate for workouts and bring any drinks or snacks necessary (except for coffee...we’ll provide that magical elixir).
