4-Week Power Cycle

We kick off our 4-week Power Cycle on June 11. This cycle is designed to build explosive strength and increase coordination. We are asking that you go ahead and come into the LAB 5-10 minutes before the workout to knock out your cardio. Here is what you can expect each week:

  • Monday: Strength/Power Hybrid
  • Tuesday: Cardiovascular Power Workout
  • Wednesday: Power Clean, Squats and Overhead Work
  • Thursday: Strength Endurance with an Upper Body Focus
  • Friday: Power Snatch and Hinge Work
  • Saturday: Team Workout
