This 60-minute Specialty Program is focused on improving multi-joint powerlifts such as the deadlift, bench press and squat. Get ready for the chalk to fly, music to be loud and to gain confidence while lifting some heavy weight! All levels of athlete are welcome to attend.
Dates: Tuesdays at 5:00 a.m. with Coach Lee.
