Group RUCK

Join us Sunday, March 25 for an enduraLAB Group Ruck. Improve your posture, endurance and get a mental boost while surrounding yourself with an awesome community. We will start at Press Cafe and walk for approximately 60-75 minutes. All you need is a backpack, 10-20 lbs. of weight and a great pair of walking shoes.
