Before slam balls, battle ropes or sleds there was the old school conditioning tool, the jump rope. Now a highly under-utilized training tool, the jump rope can accelerate fat loss, increase coordination and athleticism and produce unreal conditioning. Not only will we give you the reasons to pull out the old speed rope, we're going to show you how to do it properly, give you progressions to get your first double under and help you choose the proper size and weight for your own rope.
The clinic is scheduled for two hours. Participants will need to dress in athletic clothing appropriate for workouts, and bring drinks/snacks as needed. At the end of the clinic you will be able to order your own custom jump rope from RXSmartGear (price of jump rope is not included in the registration fee).
