Jeramiah was given the gift of fitness at enduraLAB for Christmas in 2022. He gave us a try and hasn't stopped coming since. He is mister consistent and from that has gotten leaner and stronger! Read more about him below!
What brought you to enduraLAB?
I was looking for a gym and my my girlfriend noticed that I was starting to change my dietary habits so she researched for me and found enduraLAB. She had me try it out as a Christmas gift.
What did your workout routine look like before joining the LAB?
My workout routine was pretty much non existent. I tried working out here and there but nothing consistent.
What healthy changes have you made since joining the LAB?
I pretty much attend the classes consistently. I drink a lot less like maybe once a month if at all. I am also dieting a bit more consistently although it's not really a strict diet.
Tell us what you do outside of the LAB?
Outside of enduraLAB, I like to read a lot like either pulp fiction novels or sometimes non fiction. I like to go to the movie theater every so often and I just generally like to try out new places - especially whole-in-the-wall, low-key kind of restaurants & stores. I like going to drag shows on Friday nights. Also I really really love chess and I just learned how to play Xiangqi which is Chinese chess.
How have you grown as an athlete since joining the LAB? Brag a little.
I mean in one word, definitely. My last scan results were looking good. My lean body mass has gone up by like 10 lbs, and my BMI is 4.4% lower.
What is your favorite enduraLAB event or program?
My favorite program would be mainly the classes. They're challenging and they are what really sold me. Having a workout routine is basically the key to me coming consistently.
What advice would you have for a new person starting at enduraLAB?
My advice for new comers would be is that 1.) the most important & promising investment you could ever make is with your body & 2.) stay consistent at least for 3-6 months.
Favorite treat/meal/etc.?
There's a little tea shop downtown called Leaves or when I'm in the mood for coffee instead there a place by my house called Black Coffee.
Current read / podcast?
I'm currently reading Open Veins of Latin America by Eduardo Galeano which I highly recommend.
Favorite pump up song?
I love rap music but I have to go with either King's Dead or Maad city by Kendrick Lamar.
