What brought you into enduraLAB in the first place? I first came to enduraLAB with Joe T Garcia’s as part of the Righteous 21-Day Challenge!
How did you exercise before enduraLAB? Before enduraLAB I would mostly exercise at home using an app or online workouts.
What healthy changes have you made since starting enduraLAB? I have made so many healthy changes since I started at the LAB, but the biggest one was giving up Dr Pepper!
Tell us what you do outside of the LAB? Outside of the LAB I love to hang out with my four puppies. My husband and I are also season ticket holders to the Dallas Mavericks, so going to games is one of our favorite things to do! I also work at Joe T Garcia’s going on 6 years now.
What is a goal you have set for yourself in the next 6 months? The next year? Over the next 6 months I would love to be able to do one full body push up and a real pull up!
What is your favorite enduraLAB program/cycle? I love all of the programs at the LAB, but currently have really been enjoying the intensity of the eL Burn and eL Express classes!
What advice would you have for a new person starting at enduraLAB? My advice to anyone starting at the LAB would be to stick with it and utilize the people around you. Everyone is so helpful and motivating. If it wasn’t for the people I get to see at the gym every day, I would have given up months ago! They keep me going!
Favorite cheat meal/restaurant in D/FW? Japanese Palace
Where did you go to college? I graduated from UTA with a BA in Sociology.
