What brought you to enduraLAB. I came to enduraLAB with my friend Graham McMillan. I remember the first workout we did here together, I almost threw up. I didn’t realize I was that out of shape. I stayed because I love a challenge, and enduraLAB certainly provides that environment.

New Year's Resolution. I want to read more, and take my wife out on more dates.

Philanthropy. My charity of choice is the Global Mission program at Christ Chapel. We also contribute to Young Life, an organization that focuses on helping adolescents get closer to God though fun, adventure, friendship and a sense of purpose.

Television Series. Riverdale and This Is Us.

Athletic Background. I began playing football as far back as elementary school. I also loved playing baseball and track in High School. My college football career began as a walk-on along with Connor, and nearly 60 other players. I was selected as a slot receiver for the Horned Frogs, and played for two years. Highlights included playing in the 2012 and 2013 Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl.

Role Model. My wife, Hannah, my son, Shepherd, and my dad. He showed me how to make the right decision when it was the hardest decision.

Coaching Experience. I have always coached. I coached football and baseball until college. At TCU, I worked in the recreation center coaching other athletes.

Motivation Technique. I believe in giving athletes small goals to work towards, and providing affirmations along the way. I have found that criticism doesn’t work.

Favorite Restaurant. Hopdoddy. The best steak in town is at Grace.

Favorite / Least Favorite Workout. I love strength workouts. Upper body work. Even squats. My least favorite activity is rowing anything over 1,000 meters.
