Chas Tabone

Chas is constantly training for an upcoming competition--most recently we spotted him working on Olympic weightlifting. His favorite memory at the LAB was being there when we had nine pallets of Rogue Equipment delivered (...which he also helped to unload). He also loves his dog Lucy, his beautiful wife Amanda, and enjoys peanut butter for a midnight snack!

What brought you to enduraLAB?

I met Coach Mark at a local fitness competition (his team beat mine). He seemed like a cool dude, so I started following him and enduraLAB on Instagram. The gym looked so cool. Mark invited me one day, and I signed up immediately.

What was your first impression?

How has that changed? I thought it was a very professional gym. I think that impression has been reinforced with the recent expansion. There is so much awesome equipment, and more than enough space to get some good training in.

What are you working on now?

There is a big competition qualifier coming up in October. Qualifying again and placing higher than last year has been my focus since the finish of the competition this past January.

What’s your favorite enduraLAB memory?

Seeing the giant Rogue Fitness equipment shipment come in...Christmas in July.

Which do you prefer: Dogs or Cats?

Dogs. Specifically our Lucy, a German Shepherd.

Crossfit Mayhem Freedom

Favorite midnight snack?

Peanut butter

Kindra Johnson & Robyn Calhoun

You will rarely see these two ladies apart...and by rarely, we mean never! We selected this dynamic duo because they bring so much energy to our evening classes. They are also dog lovers, which is probably why Endy was the first thing they loved about the LAB.

What brought you to enduraLAB?

Phillip highly encouraged us to get our tails moving again.

What was your first impression? How has that changed?

We were immediately drawn to Endy, Lee and Isis’ beautiful black labrador. That hasn’t changed, but the coaches are what hooked us.
