Come learn how to properly and safely use one of the most versatile pieces of workout equipment, the kettlebell. This hunk of iron with a handle is not only simple and brutal, but will give astonishing results in record times. Participants will learn safety, proper form, gain a working knowledge of different progressions and supplemental movements in regard to the kettlebell. We will also cover the RKC Program Minimum and the Rite of Passage progression from Pavel Tsatsouline for you to work on going forward.
The clinic is scheduled for 3 hours. Participants will need to dress in athletic clothing appropriate for workouts, including flat or no shoes, and bring any drinks or snacks necessary.
