Our goal with this program is to take your performance to the next level, whether that is setting a PR or running your first marathon...and we'll be with you every step of the way. 

You've established the goal of completing a marathon and improving your running economy. This training will help you to now establish and perfect the process in which you execute daily to attain your goal. If your process is nailed down, your goal will happen.

Athlete Requirements:

  • GPS Watch with HRM (Heart Rate Monitor)

  • TrainingPeaks.com Account (Free)

  • Desire to be a part of a group of like minded-individuals willing to work hard and challenge themselves

  • Patience - release the need for immediate results and trust the process

  • Form Check + Peak Module: September

  • Taper + Race: September-October
